Today's post is a short one. I know you are crazy busy! It's nearly Christmas and New Year. If you are in the Southern Hemisphere you are looking down the barrel of school holidays.
Did this year fly by? Are you worried that 2018 will also fly by and you will still be the same you and in the same situation you are in now?
Here is a short exercise for you.
Set a timer for 10 minutes, get yourself a piece of paper and answer this question:

I've started to make scheduling in the time to rest after big events.
I've hired my first ever cleaner and am getting out of my own way to let other people do things in my life. Turns out I don't need to do it all myself.
